Association between company and deal activities

Hello, there!
I have a case with a client who is facing problems with associations. Despite he has all the associations between companies and deals, the company activity doesn't duplicate automatically in the deal activity record. He's especially complicated with emails because he needs to have all the information set in every object.
I know he could associate an existing activity with another record manually, but does anyone know a best practice to avoid doing that with every single case?
