Hello! I am currently the Business Development/Sales/Marketing Head at VM Group, a company specializing in the rental business industry. Today marks my first day in this role, and I am actively participating in training to better understand our offerings and market strategies. Although I am new to this specific position, I believe that a crucial tip for closing more deals is to deeply understand the customer's needs and tailor our approach to demonstrate how our services can effectively meet those needs. Building genuine relationship and consistently following up with potential clients are also essential strategies that I plan to implement to drive our sales success.

Hello, all. I'm Peter. I am currently in education but I want to get back into sales. I have 4 years to get me started back up, mostly with cold calling. In my educational roles, I have had to "sell" objectives and district initiatives to teachers and students, and I have experience connecting teachers to their students. Much like sales, if the students are not interested, then they are not buying! For closing sales, I have found that empathy is key. Connect with the buyer, build trust, and then close.

Hello all,
I'm currently working in a project/change role in the finance industry with a number of years in various sales roles and looking to step back into a revenue role in enablement. One tip that always worked well for me in closing deals was to take the time to understand any underlying issues causing the pain points that prospects had - it helped me to be more creative in offering the right solution and built trust with my clients that I had their interests in mind.

Hi everyone,
My name is Jessica Schierschmidt. I am the sales enablement manager for KI, a contract furniture manufacturer. I have been in my role for 3 years, prior to that I spent my career in advertising and digital marketing. While I don't have a sales background, I have a unique marketing view when working with sellers. My tip is consistency, buyers are very intelligent and can sense when your brand, your sellers and your product aren't aligned. This leads to concern. The more you are aligned, the better shot at closing a deal. Also, people buy from people!
