Hey Everyone! My name is Brian and I am happy to be here. My current role is an account executive in partnerships sales for a corporate wellness company. I have been in sales for roughly 10-12 years with a mixture of both inside and outside sales that consist mostly of Digital Marketing. One tip that I would recommend to close more deals is for a sales rep to close their mouth and listen more.

Hello Sales Enablement Rockstars!
Pivoting my business from a general sales & marketing consulting group to specialize now as sales enablement expert based in northern California. The demand is here now more then ever.
10+ years working with founders/ceo's of telecom, silicon valley tech, non-profit & leadership dev.
The one tip I recommend to close more deals has nothing to do with you. It has everything to do with the leadership and company culture you have chosen to work for. Pro-tip: Before committing to the job of sales, ensure you have proof that leadership understands & is investing in the alignment of a marketing & sales strategy in their organization. One positive indicator would be the company is paying for your Hubspot Academy training. 😉
My name is Charles Goeckner. My current role is Sales Representative for an I.T. Managed Services Provider. I have been in sales almost all of my life. I recommend you make a connection with the client within the first 30 seconds of the call, be energetic, and pay attention to what they say over what you say. Looking forward to learning here and growing with the community here.
My name is Haris. I learned social media marketing and now for internship and for my future career I am digging deep into sales enablement. One advice to close deals is to engage with customers as human as you can. For example in a friendly way which gives impression that you are not selling but giving advice like a friend.

Hey everyone, Thanks, @JonPayne, for this space that opens minds; I'm Mujtaba Siddiqui here, with over 7 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development across the education and healthcare sectors. Currently, occupied at a Math learning centre, in Dubai NAS - leading sales, marketing, and business development initiatives.
From my experience, I’ve learned that successful sales start with understanding, not pricing.
I always focus on identifying the customer’s pain points ( Speak Less - Listen More ) before introducing product details or discussing pricing. I genuinely enjoy listening to customers ~ understanding their challenges, goals, and specific needs ~ and then clearly connecting how our solution fits into their journey.
Only after building that clarity and trust do I talk about pricing. This approach creates a more seamless and positive experience, because customers feel heard, valued, and understood.
There’s a lot more I could share, but this core strategy has helped me build stronger connections and improve customer journeys.
Hopefully, it adds value and inspires others in their sales approach 🌟🌟🌟🌟
Happy to welcome you all to my LinkedIn network!🤝- @mujtaba-siddiqui

Hi everyone 👋 I’m Hemesh Mishra, a sales and professional with over 12 years of experience in B2B growth, client acquisition, and revenue enablement. Currently based in Mumbai, India, I work with EC-Council, helping professionals explore higher education opportunities in cybersecurity and technology.
Over the years, I’ve developed a deep interest in sales technology, CRM strategy, and revenue operations — areas that truly transform how sales teams perform. I’ve recently completed the HubSpot CRM Setup and Inbound Sales certifications and am now pursuing the Sales Software Certification to strengthen my command over sales automation and data-driven decision-making.
I’m here to connect with other professionals who are equally passionate about scalable sales processes, enablement, and CRM optimization. Looking forward to learning, exchanging insights, and exploring best practices from this community.
Hi everyone, my name is Nancy. I've been in business development and sales training for a chunk of my career and started my own coaching practice 6 years ago - all in all, about 15 years. So biz dev is a big what of what I do and know. I joined this Sales Enablement program because I want to expand my knowledge beyond what I currently know about enablement. I believe there is a huge opportunity here. I'm also curious to learn about the different experiences from folks within this community. As for my one tip for closing more deals - instill a process and implement it consistently. It works. Looking forward to learning from this group.
Hi everyone I’m Redouane I’ve spent the last 8 years in sales, currently leading a team of 13 sales reps. For the past 2 years, I’ve been doing Sales Enablement work Now i'm focusing on developing people, improving processes, and helping my team grow.
My tip to close more deals: A strong, simple process beats aggressive persuasion. When your process is clear and focused on real customer needs, closing becomes much easier.
It's my pleasure to be here! I'm Sheene, a Business Development Specialist for an awesome U.S. digital marketing company. I've spent my life in sales for the past 10 years, hovering between tech companies. One tip I would recommend to get more wins is to learn something about your product, service, company, or niche every day - even just a little, every effort counts. I'm very excited to network with like-minded folks in this community. Thank you so much...
