How do you sense-check your goal?
You’ve clarified your vision and done your research but you’re still not quite 100% ready to share it with your team. See some of the methods professionals like you have used to check if their goals are achievable, and maybe share your goals and see if others think you’re going in the right direction.
I use the ARC model and then assess the goals as we go both qualitatively and quantitatively. Autonomy - What are the guard rails in place? Do they leave enough space for each individual to "own" the goal their way? Reliability - In what ways do I need to show up for this to be accomplished? What do I need from the team or team members to achieve the goal? How do we ensure we are consistent in our achievements? Connectedness - How is this goal connected to the individual, the role, the business, market, etc? Does this have significance beyond task management? Does what I do matter?
Before rolling out your vision and company goals, I would recommend establishing OKR's, to ensure your strategy can be executed. The newly established OKR's will provide transparency and focus across the entire company and each department. Once you have established the OKR's, you can then implement SMART goals for individual and team outputs.

Ensure that the goals are SMART and aligned with the organization's vision. Then, evaluate if the right people are on the bus along with refined processes supported by tools and technology. The goals can be difficult but must be aligned and achievable.
Dando a conocer a los trabajadores indicios claros de lo que se tiene que lograr y lo que se puede para despues hacer una reunion donde se pueda abarcar una lluvia de ideas y así establecer objetivos claros que mediante metricas de satisfacción en tiempos especificados, se pueda medir si se planteo bien el objetivo o necesita replantearse para que sea mas realista.
All that you dont meassure, you cannot control it. In that order you must make a weeklly follow up with the team about targers and goals and try to adjust your strategy in order to success.
Reqular reviews to check progress and performance towards milestones, if there is a consistent divergence from these it may be a sign that a course correct is required.

Setup alignment meetings to review the goal setting with stakeholders and representatives to get feedback to make the goals clear and manage team expectations.
When a goal is clear in your mind, you have an improved understanding of the task at hand. You know exactly what is required and the resulting success is a further source of motivation. You should brainstorm this with your team to get creative ideas from them as well.
I do it by assess its feasibility with current resources, align with the past performance and projected growth, and consider feedback, milestones, assumptions, and potential risks.
