Goals for 2022?

As it's the beginning of the year, I'm setting my goals for the next 12 months and they are:

-Increase LTV of clients by 15%

-Increase our overall anual revenue by 25% 

-Implement a culture of learning in our sales teams by using the GROW framework once a week: Goal, Realisticness, Options, Way forward.

Goals for 2022:

Professional:
- Create a strong sales enablement process and onboard new prospecting and new lead technology for the Business Partnerships team at GlobalGiving.
- Help the team hit and exceed our goal for New Business partnerships this year.

Personal:
- Travel to the UK with my buddy Mageida this year.
- Pay off these dreadful student loans from undergrad.

                                   Automate 4 pain point areas within the sales organisation.

                                   Increase sales by 15% through optimisation and efficiencies.

Personal Goal: To rebuild my close personal relationships after 3 very difficult years.
