subscribe link couldn't be generated

Hi, I'm getting the following error message when i'm trying to send an email through the CRM: Your email didn’t send because an unsubscribe link couldn't be generated for xyz.

I did check all the Hubspot Knowledgebase stuff and it worked the other day so I'm wondering if it is a bug on your end.

Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, can you please share a screenshot of the error you are seeing? If you can also send me a link to the contact record (through a direct message or here), that would be great. 

Are all users experiencing this issue for this contact? Additionally, does the error message only show for one contact or all contacts.

Hi, this also happened to me for the first time right now. The recipient had a gmail-address. May this be relevant?

Hi, I think this is related to their server performance and will happen once in a while.
