The email is too large for the recipient's inbox – have you sent any attachments?
The recipient's settings do not allow email from you – have you potentially sent emails that were marked as spam too often before?
The email is rejected or blocked by the recipient's email provider, which can happen when:
You send an email to a large group of people – have you sent a large amount of emails in a short amount of time?
Your message is flagged as spam or contains suspicious text or links – what exactly was the content of the emails you sent recently, what are you selling, could the emails have contained spam trigger works, which pages did you link to?
These are the most likely reasons. If you share more detail and answer my questions above, I can elaborate. (Should you answer, please don't answer with a short 'no' but provide a more detailed explanation of your email activity and content.)
Best regards
