individual email bounce rate

I would like to know if there is any way to get the bounce rate for individual emails within HubSpot, is it possible?

how do you find bounce rate in the sequence menu? it's not showing up anymore.

Are you referring to marketing emails or sales emails?

For marketing emails, you can see the bounce rate when you navigate to a sent email: Menu > Marketing > Email.

For sales emails, you'll see on the contact record an email bounced or not. Could you specify which bounce rate you're referring to? For an individual email, it would either be 0 or 100%.

If you're referring to sequences, you can find bounce information for sequences under Menu > Automation > Sequences.

I mean sales emails. I know that in the contact record I will be able to see the flag in the email indicating bounce. But I would like to see somewhere a fee flagging contacts who have emails flagged as bounced.

Hi @RMarinho,

This does currently not exist. It's not possible to see a real-time feed of emails to contacts which have bounced.
