imap gives errors

i see alot of problems with the imap  connection.   i have the same problem. the port is correct?  the login information is correct but i don' succeed to link  them. 

what can i do to fix this?

Can you please send along screenshots of your connection including email address, port information, and what error message you are receiving? 

Also can you please confirm that you are manually inputting your email address and password?
