email tracking

is there a way to turn off email tracking for my own IP address? everytime I click on an email i've sent out to a prospect , i get a notification saying the contact has opened my email...

You can indeed disable email tracking from your own IP address by following these instructions:  Manage your HubSpot Sales extension settings > Blocked IP addresses
