I need to send an email to my existing customers who are in the "won" stage to announce an update to our firmware and to re-engage them for re-orders. The contact filter does not show that association and the deal filter doesn't show the associated users either!
Hi @RHobenshield - based on what you are describing, it sounds like you have a few options here: you can set up a workflow that looks at associated deals (in your "won" stage), and trigger an email that way OR you can set up a contact-based list that looks for associated deals (in your "won" stage), and then use that list to send an email to either via the Email tool directly OR via a workflow.
