email management and signature

I own and send and receive emails on GMAIL. I configured and connected my email and my domain and Gmail with Hubspot

I set up my signature

Having done the above, however, I do not understand if, when I receive the emails I should see them in the inbox. Because I never see the emails I receive. To see them I have to go either to the contact where I see the emails connected with GMAIL, where I receive the emails of my domain or in activity feed.

Also, if I create an email from "inbox" by clicking on "Compose", it is created without the signature

To insert the signature I have to create the email from inside the contact with "Create e-mail"

I hope you can help me.

Thank you

@VColuccio you have connected your inbox twice to the account. A conversations inbox will not include your signature that you added to the account. The conversations inbox is a central location in your HubSpot account where messages from all of your connected channels will appear. You can view ongoing conversations, reply to messages, and create tickets to track customers' issues.

If you plan to use HubSpot as an inbox, you can add your signature to the conversations inbox via these instructions here.

The personal email is the inbox that will always include your signature on replies and outgoing emails, that is the view that you're seeing on the contact profile 'Vincenzo Coluccio'.

I think I understand that I have not configured my profile and mail account correctly. Correct? If so, I don't understand where.
