cannot change email signature

SOLVE

we are stuck on an old signature, does not seem to rcongnise any new attempts to update it, any suggestions much appreciated  thx

Hi @HedonismAus ,
To change your personal email signature, follow these steps:
  1. Click the Settings icon in the top navigation bar.
  2. Navigate to General and click on the Email tab.
  3. Click Manage email signatures.
  4. In the dropdown menu under Choose signature to edit, select Add new signature.
  5. Before saving the signature, make sure to select the check box Use as my global default signature. The global default will be used when no other signature is specified.
  6. In order to Edit default signatures for connected email accounts refer to this article.

Hi @HedonismAus,

 

Could you share a bit more context please?

  • Are you trying to update a personal signature or shared inbox signature?
  • Does it look like HubSpot accepts the new signature but is still sending the old?
  • How exactly are you sending the emails (from which HubSpot tool)?
  • Could you share screenshots of the signature settings and of the other signature showing in the tool where you're sending the email?
