We use outlook and chrome and hubspot is the only extension. Some emails track but dont log and some don't do either. There doesn't seem to be any reasoning behind it. Does anyone have a fix?

I agree that it looks like an email reply triggered by a form submission that creates a ticket, but I would need more information to be sure.
