This is likely been addressed in a previous thread, but my team has repeatedly encountered issues with the logging and tracking of sales emails -- Sequences sent through Hubspot will log an email / activity to the contact but opens are not tracked, Beitrag ansehen

I have increasing number of customers asking me for contact Follow-Up flows. Sequences would be a perfect fit. Issue is that they use a shared inbox to follow-up on enquiries. Anybody has a workaround for this? Thank you!

Hello, I'd love to be able to send a sales email template within an automated workflow, rather than a marketing email. It doesn't appear that there is a way to do this? Has anyone identified any workarounds to achieving this? Thank you!
