Is there a place where I can see email replies. I have gone through and I can see the replies if I click on the contact directly. Is there a place where I can see new replies so I know if someone has responded?

Hello, I need to unbounce a contact. When I visit the contact it does say "Contact has bounced" but nothing else, no option to remove it.
