Hi, I would like to change the settings so emails from our CEO and CFO are not tracked internally, without using the IP address or turning off tracking completely. I am wondering how other companies manage this.

This will prevent any emails from being logged, if the "track" option is still checked via the extension, those emails will still be tracked.

Hello, I'd love to be able to send a sales email template within an automated workflow, rather than a marketing email. It doesn't appear that there is a way to do this? Has anyone identified any workarounds to achieving this? Thank you!
