We enroll potential clients in sequences and offer them our services and we want the workflow to open an automatic deal when these contacts answer the sequence massage.
@Phil_Vallender is right. This is a tricky one because the hand-off from Sequences to Workflows has never been much of a focus, at least not yet. There are very few properties that are set by sequences. Technically, there is only one, "currently in sequence." Which would not help too much in the situation you are describing.
Now, if we can say that any contact that replies to a sales email deserves a deal, that would be as simple as creating a workflow that enrolls based on "Recent sales email replied date is known" and that would enroll contacts as soon as they respond to a sales email. If it would not be as broad as that, though, I would want to know a bit more detail on how the contacts that get the deal differ from contacts who do not. If that does work, here's the basic setup:
Enrollment:
Contact property: Recent sales email replied date is known
Action:
Create deal
(fill out deal details)
Let me know if you need some more help with this or your other questions 🙂
