Hi Hubspot!

I'm looking to set up a workflow that is triggered 7 days after a new contact is made, only if they have not had a connected call logged.

 

Is this possible? Please help

Hi @JCrawford8,

 

Yes, you would specify the logged call as a workflow goal. Contacts would not enroll if they meet the goal. Additionally, you would enroll contacts 'When filter criteria is met' > 'Create date is more tha n7 days ago'.

You could further specify call type, outcome, date etc.

Hi @JCrawford8 ,

To create a workflow that triggers seven days after a new contact is added, but only if no connected call has been logged, follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the Workflows tool in HubSpot, click Create workflow, and choose Start from scratch.
  • Set the enrollment trigger to Contact properties > Create date, configured to trigger seven days after contact creation.
  • Add an If/Then Branch: Insert an If/then branch to create a condition for checking the contact's call activity.
  • Set Activity type to Call and Call outcome to Is not any of connected outcomes like "Connected" or "Left voicemail."
  • Review and save the branch conditions to ensure only contacts without connected calls are identified.
  • Add follow-up tasks, reminders, or other actions for contacts without connected calls and configure separate actions for those with connected calls.
  • Verify the workflow setup, ensure it aligns with your goals, and activate it to start automation.
