When I send an email I revece an opening notification even when I opened it from the "sent" box


Hello! I'm facing a problem with the emails I send to my clients from my account. 

When I enter in the client personal section and I send him an email, every time I view that email from the "sent" box of my email app (I use Thunderbird) I receve a notification that says "client x opened your email" when it was me.

How can I avoid this and receve the notification only when the client really open it?
