What is considered a "sales email"?

Hello,

I am attempting to create a workflow that sends emails based on if the prospect has responded to an email or not. 

However, I am confused. I do not see any information on what a "sales email" is in the system. 

Under contact properties 

"recent sales email open date"

"recent sales email replied date"

"Recent sales email clicked date" 

what are these emails? Emails that went through the sequence? Or emails I have sent on the contact profile?

Hi @SKOT 

In HubSpot, a 'sales email' is any email sent via a user's individual mailbox and from their email address. These could be sent manually and logged, sent via the UI, or in a sequence. 

The alternative is a 'marketing email' which is any email sent via the Marketing > Email tools.
