Want to send reps a notification when contacts from same company complete sequence

I have a rep that has requested to receive a notification/email when all the contacts within a company have completed a sequence. Is there a way to do this with a workflow that would distinguish contacts from the same company? For example: rep enrolls 20 contacts from Company A in a sequence, once all 20 contacts have completed the sequence, he receives an email.
