Updating email addresses once in sequence

SOLVE

I am emailing customers via a sequence. However, I have issues with email addresses in HubSpot being incorrect by a character or two.

 

I can typically address this once noticed, but want to re-enter the customer into the sequence that bounced with the updated email address

 

Once an email has bounced because the address is wrong is there a way to update the address and re-enter into the sequence?

SOLVE

Hi @BeamMagic,

 

HubSpot should unenrolled contacts automatically from the sequence when they bounce: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/sequences/unenroll-from-sequence

 

After you update the email address, you would simply enroll the contact into the sequence again.

 

Automatic reenrollment would requires Sales or Service Hub Enterprise.
