Update contact property on email bounce

Hi, If an email is bounced then is there a way to have a specific contact property updated.

Thanks for reaching out.

If you have access to workflows you set up an automatic update of properties.

You can use the "email information" filters to trigger the workflow and then choose the desired workflow actions as described in this article.

Hi Jessica, are you able to change the association with a company/contact automatically with a workflow once an email bounces? I haven't been able to figure this out. (Email bounces, triggers workflow, changes association between the contact and the company to "Former Employee")
