I understand that direct replies will unenroll a recipient from a sequence. After testing, I noticed that when a recipient forwards a sequence email to someone else, they also get automatically unenrolled. Is there a way to prevent this and keep them in the sequence despite forwarding?

Indeed, recipients are automatically unenrolled from sequences when replies are detected, and forwarding can sometimes trigger this due to how email systems process it. At this moment, there’s currently no way to differentiate between a reply and a forward within HubSpot’s sequences.
