As I've gone through my call list, I've noticed that several contacts have emails that were not delivered for reasons other than bouncing. I would like to know if there is a way to easily find these emails so I can address whatever issue is keeping them from being delivered. So far the only way I have noticed is when I'm in the contact to make a call.
My first recommendation would be to check the actual marketing email that you are trying to send to these contacts.
When you click into the recipient tab, you will see various email status, one of which is "not sent", see example below:
You will then see a list of contacts which have not received this particular email along with a reason why. By clicking the little arrow in front of a contact, the view will expand and show you additional details, see example below:
I hope that helps.

Sorry it took a bit to get back to you. I was busy Friday and off yesterday. Here are the screenshots you requested. The message seems to come up with contacts that are in some way related to medical professions, but not ALL of those contacts.
I'd like to see if there is an easy way to view any contacts that encounter this message rather than having to click into each one that might or might not. Thanks in advance for your help.
