I am unable to send emails through Hubspot as they keep bouncing back. I have been through this with someone in Sales, have disconnected and reconnected my email, cleared cache and cookies and it is still happening. If I send the emails direct through Outlook, it's fine. It only happens through Hubspot.

@CHirst are you sending emails via the contact record, like 1-to-1 emails? Or in the email marketing tool? Are you seeing the bounces in the contat record? What is it telling you for an error message?
I know HubSpot has tight email guidelines, and if a business has been dinged for spammy emails, they'll lock stuff down so their email sending score doesn't take a big hit. Here's a resource I often share with new users.
