Unable to send emailsSOLVE

I seem to have some sort of restriction on my account - I am unable to send any emails?
I am sending carefully targetted messages and typically use an external third party app (myemailverifier) to confirm validity. I have one prospect who has two business email addresses which I verified and then received bounce messages from both.
Since then I cannot send any email to any contact from my Hubspot account??

Looks like this is resolved.
When I tried to send and track directly from Outlook, I noticed that my Hubspot account was no longer connected. By entering my Hubspot login details within Outlook, normal service resumed!
