Unable to integrate email using IMAP "unauthorized"

I trying to connect via SMTP and confirmed I am using the correct ports. However, my outbound server is giving me an error message. Please see the attached screenshots.account.pngOutgoing mail screenshot.pngOutlook settings.png

Hello-

 

Thanks so much for providing those screenshots! I took a look on our backend and it does look like you email is successfully connected. Are you able to send an email through the CRM on a contact record, or does it prompt you to connect your inbox? Where in the tool are you when you receive that error message?

I ended up downloading the Outlook integration first, and then I went back and connected the IMAP. I believe it is working correctly, but still plan on running some tests. Will let you know. Thank you!
