Unable to connect email account to Hubspot

Hi there! 

So I have tried to connect my email but there were errors. I tried different combination port numbers, and verified the numbers with my service provider too. Please assist.

Hmmm. Looks like it's one for the HubSpot support team then, assuming you're not on the free version? Sorry I couldn't help more.

Yes, I'm currently on the free version. I thought this forum would be replied to by the Hubspot team, oops.

Would you mind seeing with your IT team/person if the following requirements are met: 

Technical requirements for connecting your inbox to HubSpot using IMAP

If yes, could you follow the steps on the below article:

IMAP validation error

From what I've seen looks like you've been given the corresponding ports, but I'm especially referring to the 3rd point of the article regarding the IP addresses.

On your Outlook settings it's indicating the connections isn't encrypted  (SSL / TLS) .

On HubSpot the box to "Allow non secure certificate" isn't ticked.

Try ticking the "Allow non secure certificate".

I tried your suggestiona and ticked 'allow non secure certificate', entered 2 combinations of port numbers.  The error came back as follows.
