Unable to connect Zoho Mail to Hubspot

I am unable to connect zoho mail to hubspot and have tried everything already recommended. I have done the following:

• Manually inputed email address and password
• manually inputed server and port information
• logged out, cleared cache and tried again
• confirmed login information is correct
• confirmed port and server information are correct
• Used an application specific password 

I am really unsure what else I can do. I have chatted with support and they told me to make a post. My Hubspot ID is 7439594. Please advise.

I have the same problem. I'm trying to connect my HubSpot account with my Zoho email. I'm stuck in the same place as above.

I understand that you are trying to connect a Zoho email to HubSpot.

1. Are you still seeing the error message?
2. Have you enabled IMAP access for your account, please?
