Unable to connect Zoho Mail to Hubspot

I am unable to connect zoho mail to hubspot and have tried everything already recommended. I have done the following:

Manually inputed email address and password
manually inputed server and port information
logged out, cleared cache and tried again
confirmed login information is correct
confirmed port and server information are correct
Used an application specific password

I am really unsure what else I can do. I have chatted with support and they told me to make a post. My Hubspot ID is 7439594. Please advise.
