Unable to change Unsubscribe Link text option

I'm unable to change the Unsubscribe Link option. I'm trying to make the change from Settings, General, Email, then clicking "Preview Unsubscribe Link". A popup window titled "Text of Unsubscribe Link" appears but a message indicates only the admin can change it. There is only one user on the account, me, and I have superuser access. Perplexed and frustrated. Your help is much appreciated!

Can you try making these same changes in an incognito or private window? If the same error appears, please attach a screenshot to this thread and we can continue troubleshooting! If you are the only user and Admin on the account, I wonder if there is a browser-related issue preventing the change.

Kennedy, thx for trying to help. I logged out, closed the browser, and opened a new incognito window with Edge. The problem persists. Here are screenshots of the email settings page and the popup window with error message.

I found the correct link to make the change. When you click Settings | General | Email, you're looking at user-specific settings. There's a message near the top which directs you to click another link to be make account level changes SMH. Doesn't make sense to me yet as a new user, but hopefully this makes sense some day soon LOL
