Trigger sequence based on email not being replied to

Hi HS Pros, I hope you are well. I wanted to see if there is a way to create a workflow that triggers a sequence based on an email not being replied to. We send a questions email with a specific subject line. Is there a way to trigger the workflow let's say if the contact doest not respond back to this email with the specific subject line? Thank you for any help.
Based on what you've mentioned, that option is not currently available as a trigger in a workflow. If you have the email subject line, and if that email is only used in that sequence, you could potentially use the email replied trigger. Unfortunately, we don't have options for when an action hasn't occurred, such as setting up filters for when someone hasn't replied to your email.
