Tracking email issues

Hi,

I'am starting with hubspot free version and i am facing issues with tracking links inside my emails. In the box conversation, I can see that the emails have been opened but not that links have been clicked.

Or "Track emails from CRM, Conversations, and Extensions" are both on.

How could i fix that ?

Frank is answering the question why an email shows up as opened and not clicked and explains how the tracking works.
