Tracking 1:1 emails

SOLVE

I have a question: I send a ton of 1-1 emails. Today, I sent 50 emails (not mass emails but 1-1). Tomorrow I plan to send 50 more and by the end of the month, I will send a total of 400+ 1-1 personalized emails. Now, can I report on all these and see who has opened the email, who has not, and how many clicked? My options for reports from scratch are (Single Object, Custom Report Builder, Attribution, and Funnels)

Hi @CFreezman,

You can create custom reports on sales emails in the custom report builder: Menu > Reports > Reports > Create report > Custom report builder > select Sales email as primary data source. You'll need to create two reports, one for clicks, one for opens. Could you elaborate which visualization exactly you're looking for?

Generally, in reports you'll only see what occurred and not what didn't occur. So for example, if you want a list of contacts who haven't clicked, a report would not be a good way to approach this. What do you want to do with this information? Is it for analysis (bigger picture, seeing your performance) or do you want to use lists for further outreach?
