Ticket was created but the email is not appearing on the email section
hi. I have this issue wherein the contact came in a ticket and the contents was in the description, is there a way for me to have them appear on the email section so that I can reply?

How are these tickets being created? It looks like whatever automation is creating them is adding the email to the ticket description as opposed to associating the conversation thread.
