There was an issue sending your email This recipient looks invalid.
Hi Team,
When I was trying to send a 1:1 sales email to one of my contacts in the CRM, I get the error saying "There was an issue sending your email This recipient looks invalid. Learn more."
There isn't an indication that the contact has bounced and there is no 'unbounce' option for the contact.
Could you guys advise on why there is an issue sending an email to this contact? I would need to track the sales email, however, I couldn't do so right now.
Thank you for sharing this information, If the email is valid my recommendation would be to please if you could test sending the e-mail from outside HubSpot and click "track" and "log" if you are using the HubSpot email extension
And see if this email was successfully sent and logged into HubSpot.
If not, could you please provide us more information in what were the steps to sent the email? The more information, screenshots, and details you can provide, the better I can advise on the next steps.
Also, were you able to previously successfully sent emails to this contact? Is this error only happening to a specific contact?
