Why HubSpot failed to send an email is vital information and should not be restricted to HubSpot Sales Professional Users (  Furthermore, the help article ( should clearly state that "additional messaging depending on the Not sent reason" is currently only available to HubSpot Sales Professional Users rather than forcing me to speak to 3 chat agents before the third one finally knew about this strange feature restriction.
