Why HubSpot failed to send an email is vital information and should not be restricted to HubSpot Sales Professional Users (https://www.hubspot.com/product-updates/insight-into-not-sent-sales-and-marketing-emails). Furthermore, the help article (https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email/why-does-my-email-send-show-not-sent-on-the-contact-timeline) should clearly state that "additional messaging depending on the Not sent reason" is currently only available to HubSpot Sales Professional Users rather than forcing me to speak to 3 chat agents before the third one finally knew about this strange feature restriction.
