Always getting an error: "There was an issue loading the Email editor. Please refresh the page to try again."

Tried to use Safari and Chrome. Removed cash and coockies. Nothing works.

As soon as I choice contact name, it send and error.

Inbox type: IMAP+SMTP.

Hi @azuikis,

 

Do you mind confirming whether this issue occurs for other users in your portal? Additionally, does the issue occur when you are sending an email from the contact record, or just the company record? 

 

If you can collect a har file from the process and send it along, that would be great!
