Could you please explain a bit more about what happened? If you could share an example of the sales email you were trying to send, along with the scheduling details and any error messages you received, it would greatly help us investigate the issue. Also, could you let us know which HubSpot plan you’re using?

There was an error sending emails

Hey Diana, This is the screenshot from one of the emails. These are not marketing emails but sales follow up emails that I manually scheduled for the prospects.
I added 2 pdf attachments which maybe the reason. I used HubSpot file links to resend these emails and it worked.
Still I would want to know if I understood correctly.
