The email was not sent

my emails are not showing up in any mailbox, and I'm not sure why. I've checked my sent folder and everything looks normal from my end, but it seems like the messages are not getting through to their recipients. Could you please investigate the issue and let me know what might be causing this? I appreciate your help in resolving this matter.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community!

Just to confirm, you're sending 1:1 emails from the Conversations inbox?

Do you see any errors in the inbox or on the contact record suggesting that the email failed to send? You can see a list of reasons why an email might fail to send in this help article. 

 

As a first troubleshooting step, I'd recommend to reconnect your email to the Conversations inbox. You can remove the email in your account settings > Tools > Inbox > Inboxes > Channels > find the email > Delete

The email was not sent

Hi Mia,

 

Thanks for the response, but that wasn't my issue, my issue is that all the emails were sent without any error being reported, but the issue is that they never reached their recipients. This is a random problem as I performed several tests, and sometimes the emails were delivered while other times they weren't.

Hi, @ComZee ,

 

have you checked to see what the spam score of your domain is? Is it possible that you've not warmed up the domain, so some are getting through, yet most of them are not?
