my emails are not showing up in any mailbox, and I'm not sure why. Just to confirm, you're sending 1:1 emails from the Conversations inbox?
Do you see any errors in the inbox or on the contact record suggesting that the email failed to send? You can see a list of reasons why an email might fail to send in this help article.
As a first troubleshooting step, I'd recommend to reconnect your email to the Conversations inbox. You can remove the email in your account settings > Tools > Inbox > Inboxes > Channels > find the email > Delete.
Thanks for the response, but that wasn't my issue, my issue is that all the emails were sent without any error being reported, but the issue is that they never reached their recipients. This is a random problem as I performed several tests, and sometimes the emails were delivered while other times they weren't.
