Temporarily remove an email signature

Is there a way to temporarily remove an email signature from a specific email?  For example, for one email I am sending I want the email signature I have previously set up that appears in all my emails not to appear in this particular email.  I see an edit option, but that seems to only allow me to edit my dedfault email sitnature not remove it.

If you take your cursor and highlight the entire signature and click the Delete button, you should be able to remove it manually from the email. I've included a GIF for you to see how I've removed it within my portal.
