I can't help noticing that, when I launch a template in the email client, the font of the resulting personalisation looks to be either a slightly different font style or font color, than the font and font color used for the body of the email.
Really strange, and quite obvious in the sent email.
I generally have to remember to select the personalisation and hit the 'remove formatting' to make it 'look right'.
You may take a look at the template in Library > Templates. Then, try highlighting all the text and apply the font/formatting you'd like. Hopefully, this would solve the formatting mismatches you're experiencing.
Ryan. Thank you. The template font type matched my default HubSpot email font type, but the template font size needed re-setting to match the font size in my HubSpot email client.
