Hi @Bluecognos 

 

Looks to me like your Incoming Mail (IMPA) server should be:

 

    imap.bluecognos.com

or 

    imappro.bluecognos.com (depending on your Zoho account type)

 

And your Outgoing Mail (SMTP) should be:

 

    smtp.bluecognos.com
