Hello, When I am on a Contact, I go to Email then Create an Email, I would like to be able to switch the sender.
Currently, the sender is Firstname from Company (email), as per the info I registered in my hubspot profile.
But I added my associate as users, and I would like that when they send an Email to a Contact from the Hubspot interface, they can send it as Firstname2 from Company (email). How can I set up multiple choices on top of the one by default?

Set different email sender options
SOLVE
@ElodieD To set up multiple sender options when creating an email, each user needs to connect their own email in Settings > General > Email. If they need to send as another person (e.g., Firstname2), you’ll need to configure a shared inbox in Settings > Inbox > Team Management or set up a connected emailthat can be shared across users. HubSpot doesn’t let you toggle between user profiles directly, but with the right permissions and connections, they can choose the appropriate sender.
To allow users in HubSpot to switch the sender email address when composing an email to a contact, you need to configure multiple email aliases for each user or ensure they are set up properly as senders. Here's how you can set this up:
1. Verify Email Sending Configuration
Go to Settings in HubSpot.
Navigate to Users & Teams under Account Settings.
Confirm that your associate is added as a user and their email address is verified in HubSpot.
Hi, You can also look into creating additional custom user properties. As such, when creating an email, you will have more options to choose from for the "From name" and "From address"
You should be able to maintain these new properties similarly to how you manage the main contact owner properties Cheers, Harsh
