Sequences Automated email and task

Hi there,

I've created a couple sequences with automated emails that I want to send out (automatically), however my sales people are getting tasked to manually send out the email. I have the automated emails in a queue, is this the issue? If I remove it from any queue, will it send out automatically?

This depends on how you set up the sequence. There is a checkbox whether the sequence should pause for tasks or not:

I have it set up like this, only the final phone call is supposed to pause for tasks, but the two emails are supposed to send out automatically - instead they're showing up as manual tasks for my salespeople. Any ideas?

Could you please share a screenshot of how they are showing up as tasks? There is an option for emails to create tasks, but that would look differently:
