Sequence error status

Can someone please help me fix the error status on sequence?

Sequence error status

SOLVE

Please see screenshot below. I am sending an email sequence and this is what happens, I have re enrolled some contacts and some of them was enrolled succesfully.

Did you change anything on any of the contacts when you reenrolled them and some of them were successfully enrolled into the sequence?

Did you hear back from support team already?

SOLVE

No, I did not change anything. I just re enrolled them manually. But not all contacts were succesfully re enrolled, so frustrating! No reply from hubspot support yet. Are you experiencing the same issue?

No, not that I would notice. And unfortunately, I don't have a good idea what could be the issue, sorry.

Sequence error status

SOLVE

Unfortunatly it does not indicate the error status, it's under the "other" tab. One thing I noticed was when I re enrolled it other contacts was enrolled succesfully and the emails has been sent succesfully but that's not the case for other contacts.
