Sequence emails - Can you send them to multiple emails at once?

Here's the scenario: A sales person meets with the committee of prospects at a company. Because it's multiple people, the sales person wants to follow up with them all in one email; include the notes and ideas from the meeting (discovery, demo, etc.). 

But sequences fire for the contact object, not company. They can enroll each person separately, but what if they want to email them all together? 

Instead of automated emails, is it simply creating tasks associated to the company? 

How are you using sequences?

I'd love for a functionality/improvement to be added where you can enroll a committee of DMU's in the same sequence emails (not sending the emails separately to each). Now have to send them the templated email and somehow remember to send them the next and the next etc.

Hi @danmoyle,

Great question! I'd love to see a feature added in which you can have multiple recipients and/or CC people on sequences. Not possible at this time, so I like your suggestion of using a task to send the emails. That task can correlate with templates saved in HubSpot as well, so there's at least some consistency there.
